Objective 2 forms part of the sociology component of the study.
This objective involves assessing what communities know about malaria and schistosomiasis and what their attitudes, perceptions and practices are regarding malaria and schistosomiasis. It also aims to understand what communities believe the impact of climate change on malaria and schistosomiasis will be. These attitudes, perceptions and practices will be determined through participatory rural appraisal workshops, focus group discussions, direct observation and key informant interviews.
