Dry season data collection in Korhogo and Kaedi

The project’s data collection during the dry season in Korhogo, Côte d’Ivoire, lasted two weeks from 18th March to 1st April 2015 and took another two weeks in Kaedi, Mauritania, from 9th May to 23rd May 2015. As in the preceding rainy season (June – July 2014), cross-sectional surveys were conducted. These consisted of household questionnaires, parasitological surveys (on blood, faeces and urine) and environmental surveys (to collect entomological, malacological and geographical information). In addition, historical and clinical data were generated, as well as data on the weather and climate.
