This includes the health and community engagement components of the study.
The main outcome of this objective is to increase the resilience of stakeholders to malaria and schistosomiasis due to the impact of climate change.
To evaluate disease control in the two countries, SWOT analyses (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) of their health sectors are produced. Participatory workshops and group discussions are also undertaken. Workshops and group discussions are on best practices, weaknesses and on developing new initiatives for adaption. The workshop and discussion material is based on data collected through reviewing documents, interviews and field surveys. NGOs involved in the project will support the mobilisation of communities.
